We are seeking a highly motivated Night Luggage Porter to join our team at The Savoy. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Luggage Management: Ensuring the secure delivery and storage of guest luggage and belongings
  • Guest Requests: Delivering all guest requests in line with our service standards while taking every opportunity for personalisation
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely alongside the Front of House team to assist with a wide variety of guest requests
  • Guest Focus: Always putting our guests first

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Engaging enthusiastically in guest interactions, demonstrating knowledge and personality
  • Physical Stamina: Frequently kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, reaching, standing, and walking
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately recording all guest luggage and ensuring it is handled and stored securely
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts and adapt to changing situations

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £27,710 per annum, including a service charge. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
