We are seeking a skilled Night Luggage Porter to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests upon arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Transport guests' luggage from the point of arrival to their rooms, and assist with luggage during late-night check-outs or early departures.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room features and hotel amenities as necessary.
  • Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
  • Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
