Job Summary

The Night Luggage Porter role at Hyatt Corporation is a key position in our Guest Services team. As a Night Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests upon arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, providing a warm and comfortable welcome.
  • Transport guests' luggage from the point of arrival to the front desk and subsequently to their rooms, ensuring efficient and secure handling.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room features and hotel amenities as necessary.
  • Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
  • Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment, who possesses excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
