As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our resort's facilities, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, while also driving efficiency and cost savings. You will work closely with our operational teams to project guest demand and team requirements, and will be responsible for managing a budget of c£3m.

As a Resort Facilities Manager, you will be a real advocate for your team's fulfillment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin's.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the resort complies with all current statutory legislations, and will actively look to implement processes and procedures to help make improvements where necessary.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar M&E infrastructure environment
* Excellent operational knowledge and leadership skills
* Ability to motivate and engage a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
