About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Senior Manager to join our leadership team at Butlin's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.

The role will cover all facilities at the resort, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas. With an annual repairs and maintenance budget of c£3m, you will need to co-ordinate and control to deliver a prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring the resort complies with all current statutory legislations, implementing processes and procedures to improve operations, and managing your budget closely to drive team performance.

You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and engaging your team, even at periods of high demand. With a mixture of permanent team and contractors, it's all about delivering excellent standards.

We are looking for a credible background in a similar M&E infrastructure environment, leading large teams that can deal with the day-to-day running of a busy resort. You should have strong leadership skills, be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
