Facilities Senior Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Senior Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As part of the Resorts leadership team, you will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards. Covering all facilities at the resort, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas, you will be the driving force behind delivering a prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of the resort's facilities, ensuring compliance with current statutory legislations
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve resort operations and guest experience
• Lead and motivate a team of facilities professionals, driving them to deliver exceptional results
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the resort meets its financial targets
• Collaborate with operational teams to project guest demand and team requirements

About You
We are looking for a seasoned Facilities Senior Manager with a credible background in hard facilities management across a range of specialisms. You should have excellent operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and engage your team. With a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, you will be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for our guests every day.
