About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dealer Development Assistant to join our team at Kia UK. As a key member of our Dealer Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in ongoing projects and support them with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
  • Join cross-functional project teams and contribute to their success.
  • Complete project documentation and reports.
  • Collect, manage, and present key data for improvement activities.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for business improvement.
  • Work with other departments to achieve your objectives and develop your learning and skill set.
About the Team

The Dealer Development team is a critical link between Kia UK and our network of 190 franchised Dealers. Our Dealer network acts as the primary link between Kia and its customers. The main activities of the team include managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, and monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability, and Customer Experience to achieve wider business objectives.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Studying a relevant degree (a Business-related subject).
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Passionate and hard-working, open to developing knowledge and skills.
  • Proactive, taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions.

Location/Travel
