About the Role

The Dealer Development Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Dealer Development team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in ongoing projects, providing innovative ideas to enhance outcomes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams, leveraging expertise to drive success.
  • Complete project documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collect, manage, and present key data for improvement activities, driving business growth.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for business improvement, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives, developing skills and expertise.
About the Team

The Dealer Development team is a critical link between Kia Europe and its network of 190 franchised Dealers. Our Dealer network serves as the primary interface between Kia and its customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

With a focus on Customer Quality, Kia aims to create space for people to get inspired and time to bring their ideas to life. As a Dealer Development Assistant, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience, working closely with commercial and operational departments, Dealer partners, European HQ, and key suppliers.

Requirements
  • Studying a relevant degree (Business-related subject).
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Passionate and hard-working, open to developing knowledge and skills.
  • Proactive, taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions.

Location/Travel

Interview Process

The interview process consists of three stages:

  • Assessment Centre at our Head Office in Walton-On-Thames.
