About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Dealer Development team as a Dealer Development Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Kia UK, a leading automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Dealer Development team in managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, and monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability, and Customer Experience.
  • Actively engage in ongoing projects and contribute innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
  • Join cross-functional project teams and collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives and develop learning and skill sets.
  • Collect, manage, and present key data for improvement activities.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for business improvement.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Studying a relevant degree (a Business-related subject).
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Passionate and hard-working, open to developing knowledge and skills.
  • Proactive, taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions.
