Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Venues Collection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Pro-actively sourcing new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and conducting hotel presentations and site visits
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and national businesses and developing relationships to drive business in all segments
  • Contributing to the delivery of the KHP sales strategy, which encompasses direct sales calls, telesales, research, appointment making, promotional campaigns, corporate entertaining, networking, social events, client familiarisation visits, and contract negotiation
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience within the hotel industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles
  • Driving license and vehicle
