About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Development Assistant to join our team at Kia UK. As a key member of our Dealer Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the department and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in ongoing projects and provide innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams and collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives.
  • Complete project documentation and reports, and collect, manage, and present key data for improvement activities.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for business improvement, and work with other departments to develop and implement solutions.
  • Encourage a positive and proactive work environment, and contribute to the development of a high-performing team.
