Construction Contracts Lead

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with commercial policies and procedures among site teams.
Your responsibilities will include attending tender handover meetings, delivering pre-start meetings, and producing and analyzing progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts. Additionally, you will chair and attend internal/external meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions and actions.
A suitable candidate should have outstanding leadership and communication skills, combined with extensive knowledge of construction project management principles.
