Tangerine Holdings (T/A Tangerine Group) is a leading business in the construction industry, looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Site Manager to lead our projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget. A strong background in trade work, preferably joinery with shop fitting experience, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of the site team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any potential issues.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project finances effectively, staying within allocated budgets.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in similar role or significant involvement in high-level construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills, enabling effective team management.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly to various levels of seniority.
  • A proactive individual who leads by example, inspiring others through their actions and attitude.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
