About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum for this key position.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the construction industry, and a degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

Key responsibilities include managing contracts from inception to completion, developing positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conducting site visits to monitor progress.
