We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Oldham. As a specialist cluster of schools, we cater to the needs of students with moderate and complex learning difficulties, as well as those on the autism spectrum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to class teachers and students, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

This role will involve:

  • Delivering academic support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and personal growth
  • Assisting the teacher in developing a tailored curriculum

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable
  • A teaching assistant qualification or equivalent is an asset

**Salary and Benefits:**

Minimum Daily Rate: £90+

Estimated Annual Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 based on 39 weeks per year

Hours: 30am - 3.40pm (Term Time only), Monday - Friday
