About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead our Key Accounts team. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic customer management. Your goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our most valuable customers, increasing sales yield levels and revenue through effective project management and client services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Lead project teams to increase sales yield levels and revenue
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to carry out activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
- Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
- Provide support to product development through idea generation and client feedback

Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology
- 12 months+ of Sales leadership experience in a B2B sales role preferred
- Proven ability to hire, train, and coach high-performing sales teams

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a pension plan, cycle-to-work scheme, and annual wellbeing allowance.
