Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Viper is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a broad experience across various civil engineering sectors, not just limited to one aspect such as earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the tendering process for Viper
  2. Carry out detailed estimating and cost analysis
  3. Prepare and submit tender documents
  4. Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans
  5. Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and submitted on time
  6. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tenders
  7. Provide technical support and guidance during the pre-construction phase
  8. Monitor and report on tender progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
  2. Broad experience across various civil engineering sectors
  3. Strong estimating and cost analysis skills
  4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  6. Proficiency in project management and estimating software
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  8. Relevant Tickets/Certifications:
    1. CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
    2. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
    3. First Aid at Work
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Experienced Project Managers looking to transition to an office-based role
  2. Younger Project Managers or Site Agents willing to be trained in tendering
