Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the construction programme, overseeing pre-construction services, site viability, design, and planning submissions.
  • Ensure effective procurement and management of consultants and contractors to support the design and construction of our projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and management information to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering construction projects within the housing sector, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.

  • A competitive salary, ranging from £55,000 to £71,000, depending on experience.
