Education Support Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team in Southport, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged in their work.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments. A valid DBS check is required, and previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
- Support students with their learning when necessary.
