About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Operations Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management support to our Home Care Branches in the East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality Home Care services, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and driving operational excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Home Care managers and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with our company vision and values.
  • Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the Home Care, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development.
  • Ensure that the Home Care is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, implementing action plans to maintain compliance and manage risks.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of care and environment provided to our clients, monitoring and evaluating care delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven managerial experience with a focus on motivating teams for exceptional service.
