Unlocking Business Potential in Workforce Optimization

TRIA is looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Analyst to lead the implementation of our new Workforce Management system. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business value through effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in HR projects and WFM systems, particularly Dayforce. Our ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on HR processes and Workforce Management.

Key Skill Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst on HR projects.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management modules, particularly Dayforce, is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive engagement across diverse groups.
  • Experience in the hospitality or retail sectors is desirable but not essential.

Remuneration and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £475-£575 (Outside IR35), reflecting the importance of this position in supporting TRIA's strategic objectives. You'll also enjoy a hybrid working environment with occasional travel to our South Manchester office location.
