Job Description
We are seeking an HR Process Optimisation Specialist to join our team at JSS Transform. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving continuous improvement and optimising HR processes globally. Your expertise will help us refine and standardise HR processes, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud to create efficiencies and enhance employee experience.

About You
You will have proven experience in global HR process management and Oracle HCM implementation, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will be able to influence cross-functional teams and partner with key stakeholders to align Oracle HCM functionalities with business needs and strategy.

Main Responsibilities
* Refine and standardise global HR processes that align with business objectives, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud to create efficiencies and enhance employee experience.
* Monitor HR process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovations to boost effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
* Partner with key stakeholders including HR, IT, finance, and legal teams to align Oracle HCM functionalities with business needs and strategy.
