**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at St Philips Care Group.
**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to take on a leadership role in our residential care home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of care workers to provide high-quality care to our residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Assume responsibilities of the manager in their absence.
- Create an environment that respects the rights and wishes of residents.
- Encourage person-centred care and maximise independence.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
- Previous experience as a senior in a residential care or nursing home.
- A passion for care of the elderly.
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of **£28,000 - £32,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
- 4-weekly pay periods.
