Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing leader to join our client's team as Head of Manufacturing.

This is a key hire for our client, who is a leading manufacturer of household products based in Fife, Scotland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the manufacturing operations team to achieve strategic objectives and driving business growth through effective management of production processes, resources, and personnel.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement efficient production processes and systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Manufacturing leader (Operations Manager, Operations Director or Head of Manufacturing)
  • Educated to degree level in a technical or manufacturing-related discipline
  • MBAs are highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to manage complex production environments with short lead times and fast-moving products
