Our client, a leading food manufacturing business based in Fife, is seeking a highly experienced Technical Leader to drive technical excellence across their operations. As a key member of the senior team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and safety protocols are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success, and have excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role that will provide the opportunity to set the agenda for the technical service within the company and support their ambitious growth and product innovation plans. The salary for this position is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical leadership role within the food industry.
  • You hold a relevant qualification in food safety or a related field.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
