About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Gas Technical Support Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in domestic boiler engineering to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or other digital platforms to resolve customer queries and issues related to domestic boilers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of ATAG's product range, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic boiler engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Gas Safe Registered preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

£32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
