About the Job
This role involves supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and delivering high-quality care and support to residents. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to achieve this goal. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Benefits
