About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our team at Novotel London Excel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm welcome to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage guest communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
