About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide day-to-day operational supervision, ensuring efficient and effective admin support to our medical workforce.

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the on-boarding of rotational doctors in training, supporting the development of complex rotas across the Trust, and collaborating with the Trust's ESR / E-Rostering Leads to embed the use of E-Rostering for medical staff.

A competitive salary is available, including up to 27 days annual leave (increasing with service up to 33 days) and options for flexible working.
