**Job Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement high-quality systemic therapy services
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to staff

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Postgraduate training in systemic family therapy
  • Experience of managing a team of qualified psychological practitioners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with others

**Salary:** £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
