About the Role

As a Private Credit Portfolio Manager at Partners Group, you will play a key role in the sourcing, due diligence, execution, and ongoing monitoring of direct lending investments.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on target companies, including reviewing financial statements and conducting site visits
  • Collaborating with senior investment team members to develop investment strategies and make informed investment decisions
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private credit or private equity investing
  • Proven track record of successful investment analysis and portfolio management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus a performance-based annual bonus. Additionally, you will receive:

  • Lunch allowance
  • 25 vacation days
  • One-month fully paid sabbatical after every five years of employment

Location

This role is based in London, UK, and requires regular travel to meet with clients and counterparts.
