Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Credit Portfolio Manager - Capital Raising Specialist to lead our capital-raising efforts for private credit funds. As a key member of our team, you will drive fundraising strategies, build relationships with institutional investors, and support the growth of our private credit platform.

Job Description:

Capital-Raising Efforts

You will develop and implement fundraising strategies for private credit funds, focusing on asset management and capital-raising efforts. This will involve building relationships with institutional investors across Europe, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the firm's growth in private credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies for private credit funds, working closely with internal teams to support clients in the private credit space.
  2. Build relationships with institutional investors across Europe, establishing a strong network and communication skills.
  3. Identify new opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth in private credit, leveraging your expertise in fundraising, asset management, and private credit strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 7-12 years of experience in institutional sales and private markets, with a proven track record in raising capital for private credit or alternative investments.
  2. Extensive experience in fundraising, asset management with a focus on private credit, including a strong understanding of private credit strategies and investment structures.
  3. Established network within the European institutional investors, with strong relationships and communication skills.
  4. Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth in private credit.

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
