Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee future trainee communications to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
  • Arrange integration events to foster a sense of community among trainees.
  • Conduct regular progress chats to monitor trainee development and provide guidance.
  • Handle offer paperwork and Law Society registration processes to ensure compliance.
  • Manage trainee ER issues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor trainee utilisation to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Ensure delivery of required training to equip trainees with the necessary skills.
  • Plan the firm's Newly Qualified (NQ) processes to support trainee transition to qualified roles.

Requirements:
