Resourcing Business Partner

- Manage consistent reviews of current recruitment processes, making recommendations for regular improvements in line with existing challenges.
- Work closely with managers across the business to gain a deep understanding of key resourcing needs and challenges to develop workforce plans.
- Finding and attracting high-quality candidates in line with Marlborough's business needs and growth plans.
- Leading on resourcing, advertising, reviewing CVs, headhunting, telephone screening, arranging interviews, taking and delivering feedback, and promoting an excellent candidate experience.
- Advising and guiding the HR director and board on common challenges with attracting the right calibre of candidate, making benchmarked recommendations where appropriate.
- Managing our in-house applicant tracking system.
- Developing and managing a talent pipeline of candidates to support future resourcing needs and hard-to-fill roles.
- Managing relationships with agencies to ensure recruitment is in line with requirements and secure best value PSL rates.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum return on investment and provide feedback to HR director and board.
