Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Negotiator to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury housing developments across Hampshire and Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct viewings and initial appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Travel to various developments, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Follow up with customers after enquiries and viewings, providing timely and effective communication.
- Ensure the upkeep of show homes and marketing suites, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
- Maintain open communication with customers from reservation to completion, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
