HR Policy Specialist

Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking an HR Advisor to provide administrative and advisory support to the wider business areas. The successful candidate will have good experience of ER case work and strong advisory experience. The role will involve reporting to the HR Service Lead and working within a team of HR Advisors. The initial hybrid split during the training/handover period will be circa 2-3 days a week in the office. After the handover/training period, this will reduce in line with other HR team members. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing first line support to managers and employees, updating and maintaining the HR Database, and supporting the HR Business Partners with ER case management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity and a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
