The successful candidate will have good experience of ER case work and strong advisory experience. The role will involve providing first line support to managers and employees, updating and maintaining the HR Database, and supporting the HR Business Partners with ER case management. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and previous experience of working as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity. The company has a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK and a retail chain Protyre, which is consistently growing. The HR Advisor will report to the HR Service Lead and work within a team of HR Advisors. The initial hybrid split during the training/handover period will be circa 2-3 days a week in the office, with a reduction in line with other HR team members after the handover/training period. The role offers a chance to earn a bonus, staff discount, and a range of other benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting employee data, setting up and maintaining employee files, and liaising with Payroll regarding contractual changes.
