HR Advisor Job Description

Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide administrative and advisory support to our business areas, including Retail, Wholesale, and Logistics.

The successful candidate will report to the HR Service Lead and work closely with the HR Business Partners to provide first-line support to managers and employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR administration support, including updating and maintaining the HR database and other HR-related files.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with employee relations case management and attending ER hearings.
  • Liaising with Payroll regarding contractual changes, including new starters, leavers, and changes to pay and hours of work.
  • Inputting employee data, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a CIPD Level 3 qualification and previous experience of working in an ER advisory capacity. Benefits include employee discounts on servicing, MOT, and tyres, as well as a range of other perks.
