Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking an HR Advisor to provide administrative and advisory support to the wider business areas. The successful candidate will have good experience of ER case work and strong advisory experience. The role will involve providing first line support to managers and employees, updating and maintaining the HR Database, and supporting the HR Business Partners with ER case management. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and previous experience of working as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity. The company offers a range of benefits, including employee discounts on servicing, MOT and tyres, finder's fee, life insurance, pension, and retail vouchers. The HR Advisor will report to the HR Service Lead and work within a team of HR Advisors. The initial hybrid split during the training/handover period will be circa 2-3 days a week in the office. After the handover/training period, this will reduce in line with other HR team members. The company has a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and its own retail chain Protyre, which is consistently growing.
