HR Policy Specialist

Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide administrative and advisory support to our business areas, including Retail, Wholesale, and Logistics.
The successful candidate will report to the HR Service Lead and work closely with the HR Business Partners to manage employee relations cases and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Update and maintain the HR database and other HR-related files
- Support the HR Business Partners with employee relations case management and attend ER hearings
- Liaise with Payroll regarding contractual changes
- Input employee data, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
