Compliance and Governance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Professional to join our Corporate Audit team at the BMW Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for enhancing governance, risk management, and internal control systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in auditing, with expertise in Financial Services, Sales, and Finance. They will work closely with the audited functions to ensure that our business operations are aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including intercultural experience, flexibility, and willingness to travel. - Bachelor's degree in economics, law, mathematics, computer science, science, or technology;
- Demonstrable professional work experience in Auditing (internal/external), Financial Services, Accounting, Controlling, or Risk Management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional level of English;
- Intercultural experience, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
