Financial Governance Specialist

The Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled Financial Governance Specialist to support the Company Secretarial Function in ensuring compliance with its listing on the London Stock Exchange, the Corporate Governance Code, and the UK Companies Act.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert advice to protect strategic, operational, reputational, and financial risks from a company law compliance perspective.
- Maintaining records for all Group companies on Blueprint software.
- Assisting the Group Finance department with annual accounts preparation, approval, and filing for UK subsidiary companies and overseas entities as necessary.
- Supporting statutory compliance for overseas entities within the Group.
- Maintaining Insider and Confidential/Project information lists.
- Liaising with Reward, EQ, and Employee Benefit Trust trustees regarding employee share plans.
- Managing new listings/market purchases of shares as required by employee share plans.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans or practical experience desirable.
Hybrid – 1 to 2 days in Farnborough. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
