Receptionist and Guest Experience Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist based in the heart of Bloomsbury to join our team.
The successful candidate will be a key part of our guests' experience and deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in hospitality.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Night Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Greeting and checking in guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Managing front-of-house operations during night shifts.
- Anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A working knowledge of Opera.
- Previous experience gained in a Front of House, customer-facing position.
- A good level of spoken and written English.
- A confident and engaging personality.
- The ability to effectively problem solve and find a resolution to our guests' satisfaction.
- Excellent organisational skills.
