Commercial Growth Manager - Cyber Resilience Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Manager - Cyber Resilience to join our team at Adarma Security. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise sector.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to achieve defined annual sales targets across our consulting and managed security service offerings. You will work closely with our delivery functions to identify and pursue new business leads, build relationships with C-level customers and prospects, and deliver impactful sales presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and work on new business pipeline opportunities within the enterprise sector positioning Adarma as a MSSP in the UK.
  • Develop long-term relationships with C-level and C-level-1 customers and prospects in commercial industries to deliver value for customers and Adarma.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and other activity reports through SFDC and other GTM tooling.

About You:

  • You have working experience in an MSP/MSSP or services environment with experience selling professional services – including managed services across the lifecycle.
  • You will demonstrate experience generating and closing new business pipeline within the enterprise sector.
  • You will demonstrate a track record in achieving or surpassing commercial (sales / revenue) targets, promoting customer relationships and growing accounts.
