**About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to join our team as a Supervising Social Worker. The successful candidate will work remotely with a highly regarded fostering agency in Buckinghamshire.
The agency is an Outstanding Ofsted provider, offering therapeutic fostering placements. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with foster carers and families, conducting regular visits, and providing support and guidance where needed.
The role offers a great work-life balance, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home. You will also benefit from a supportive management team, robust induction, and regular reflective supervisions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with foster carers and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in their care
- Conduct regular visits to monitor progress and provide support and guidance where needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and improve practice
**Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with HCPC
- Experience working with children looked after and foster carers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
