We are seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to join our team at a specialist school near Guildford. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health and be able to provide support to students with SEMH needs.

The students we support range in age from 10 to 16 and face a range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and empathetic presence, building strong relationships with students, and working closely with the teaching staff to develop strategies to support student needs.

The school offers excellent on-site training, support, and CPD to ensure the safeguarding of all students. If you are a recent Psychology or Criminology graduate looking to start your career in the mental health sector, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
