Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a school in Guildford to provide SEN Teaching Assistant support to cover staff absences. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be required to provide day-to-day support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all students when needed inside and outside the classroom
  • Working as part of a team to provide outstanding care and support
  • Following all policies and procedures
  • Setting up classrooms/activities to support learning and development
  • Reporting all observations and monitoring student behaviours
  • Supporting students with their well-being, development, and medical needs
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups

Requirements:

  • Experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work flexibly and provide day-to-day support to students with SEN
  • Commitment to providing outstanding care and support to students

Pay:

£84 - £95 a day

Hours:

8:30 – 15:30
