Job Description

This full-time permanent role involves managing a caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will also be responsible for liaising proactively with third parties to keep all parties informed of transaction progress and concluding cases efficiently while adhering to service level agreements, quality standards, and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent qualification with demonstrable experience managing varied conveyancing caseloads.
  • Expertise in complex legal matters, including Probate Sales, Shared Ownership, New Builds, Lease Extensions, and more.
  • Proficient in resolving technical issues and rectifying title defects.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced annual leave, private healthcare options, and free healthcare cash back plans.
