Job Title: Locomotive Maintenance Specialist

Join us at Shorterm Group as a Locomotive Maintenance Specialist and contribute to the upkeep of our state-of-the-art rolling stock fleet.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Reliability Shift Manager in supervising the maintenance of our Class 345 Crossrail trains.
  • Provide technical guidance on maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using FRACAS and other methodologies.

About You:

  • Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in an electrical discipline.
  • Have experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Be proficient in using laptops and diagnostic tools.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £27.48 PAYE / £35.22 Umbrella per hour

Location: Southwest London
