P3 Charity is a modern, forward-thinking organisation delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Rotherham, supporting single people and families in temporary accommodation.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives. You will be working closely with vulnerable individuals, providing advocacy services and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with external agencies, creating support plans, and conducting regular check-ins with service users. If you have a sound understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness and can advocate on their behalf, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, and flexible working options.
